What you will need:
- 1 cup goat cheese or other tart, creamy cheese or a milder cheese like farmer's cheese or cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (or another fresh herb if you prefer)
What you should do:
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pulse until combined and then puree until smooth.
Serve atop baked potatoes or as a dip!
